We've been putting up all our older shamanic textiles we've purchased over the last ten years on our Yahoo! store website. We are definitely not in a rush to sell these, and they are not cheap, but I figure someone might see something they would really like to have or would fill a gap in their collection. The money we make from selling these textiles we are going to use in publishing our English translation of Sinxay, which we plan to have published before the next Lao Studies Conference in July 2013. Sinxay, like Lao textiles, is an important Lao cultural heritage, one unfortunately many Lao are not aware of, and we think our English translation will spark a Renaissance of Sinxay and a greater appreciation of Lao culture.
